Painted Timber Buildings

Halstock Sheds Ltd now offering painted timber buildings. 

All our buildings our handmade and hand painted in our workshop in Halstock. As all our buildings are bespoke it allows you to create the perfect timber building for your space.

We have a range of colours to choose from and all of our buildings are made to order

Our Paint Process

All of our buildings are hand painted here on our site in Halstock by one of our team 

UNDERCOAT

Firstly an undercoat is painted onto all of the wood. 

PINNED 

Then all of the wood is pinned. 

FIRST COAT

Then a first coat is painted onto the wood.

ERECT

The building is then erected. 

SANDING 

The nail holes are then filled and once dry are sanded and then painted over.

SECOND COAT

A second coat is then painted on.

CHECK

Once dry a final check over is done to make sure the building is to its highest standard.

1. Pick your design - size of building, type of wood, building extras 

​

2. Choose your colour 

​

3. 50% deposit and choose a delivery date

​

4. Timber building goes into the workshop to be painted and built.
